Under the general direction of the Principal the School Office Clerk supports the administrative operations of the school office and actively supervises students to maintain a safe positive environment. This position splits time between office clerical/administrative duties and campus supervision serving as an essential link between students staff parents and the current opening is for a part-time School Office Clerk position at Hillcrest Middle DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES may include the following:-Supporting the School Secretary with student and staff attendance and reporting-School processes procedures filing and reports-Front desk duties-Yard duty supervision-Field trip logistical support-Health and safety support-Athletics program support
