Your day as a Quick Lube TechnicianAs a Full-Time Quick Lube Technician at Fox Kia North, your daily routine will involve performing essential maintenance tasks to keep our customers' vehicles in prime condition. Expect to conduct oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and general inspections, all while adhering to safety and quality standards. You'll work closely with an enthusiastic team, receiving guidance and support from experienced colleagues as you learn the ropes. Your typical work schedule will be Monday through Saturday, with a designated day off during the week to help maintain work-life balance. Each day will bring a variety of vehicles and customers, allowing you to hone your skills and grow in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
What you need to be successfulTo thrive as a Quick Lube Technician at Fox Kia North, certain skills and qualifications are essential. While no prior experience is necessary, a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. We seek individuals who are eager to learn and have a strong work ethic, as well as excellent attention to detail. Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus, but your enthusiasm and willingness to tackle challenges will set you apart.
