Ranch Hand/General Labor

Selrico Services Inc. is seeking a reliable and hardworking Ranch Hand/General Labor to join our team in Bulverde, TX. This role involves supporting daily ranch operations through various general labor tasks to help maintain efficient and smooth-running activities on the property.

Responsibilities

• Assist with feeding, watering, and caring for livestock
• Maintain fences, gates, and other ranch infrastructure
• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks around the ranch
• Assist with loading and unloading supplies and equipment
• Operate farm equipment as needed and follow safety protocols
• Perform physical labor including lifting, digging, and clearing land
• Support the team in daily ranch duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous experience in ranch work, general labor, or similar fields preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from the Bulverde, TX job location
• Must live in Bulverde, TX or surrounding areas as housing is not provided
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn
• Ability to operate basic farm equipment safely
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must pass a background check
• Must be available to work Monday-Friday 7am-4pm
