Responsibilities

• Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models
• Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers
• Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
• Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business
• Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers
• Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive sales experience required
• BMW experience strongly preferred.
• Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
• Great attitude with high-energy personality.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Maryland driver license and a good driving record.  

The compensation for this position is wholly commission-based. As a result, compensation may vary based on several factors, including individual performance and market conditions. The range in yearly compensation reasonably expected for this position is $60’000-$110’000.
