Handling a caseload of complex claims, the full-time Senior Claims Examiner will manage moderate to high complexity claims, analyze policy language, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure timely resolutions in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Manage a portfolio of environmental, products liability, life sciences, toxic tort, professional liability, and general liability claims Analyze coverage issues and evaluate liability, damages, and exposure to maintain appropriate claim reserves Negotiate settlements and develop claim handling strategies to drive efficient outcomes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Juris Doctor (JD) or advanced degree preferred Minimum 4-6 years of experience in complex casualty claims handling Strong knowledge of coverage analysis and interpretation of specialty insurance policies Experience managing litigated claims and working with outside counsel Professional designations such as CPCU, AIC, or equivalent are a plus
